Our rubber conveyor belts cover a wide range of mechanical and chemical requirements, from highly abrasion-resistant grades for abrasive bulk materials to heat- and oil-resistant designs. Cover and carcass combinations are selected based on impact energy, lump size, temperature and required safety factors. GBT provides standard and custom compounds compliant with DIN / ISO and customer-specific specifications.
Rubber belts are mainly used on conveyors in open-cast mining, sand and gravel pits and quarries.
Rubber belts are mainly used on conveyors in open-cast mining, sand and gravel pits and quarries. We supply and install belts in various lengths and widths, in plain finish or with vulcanized profiles such as chevrons, cleats, corrugated sidewalls and guide strips. Belts can be endless-vulcanized in our workshop or prepared for hot or cold splicing on site.
Made-to-measure rubber cuttings according to customer drawings are also available. These cut pieces are used in many applications, for example as impact protection, covers or snowplough blades, providing robust, application-specific wear and surface protection.
